A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the providers’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, Effective June 1, 2026: Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice): Clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their $99 booking deposit and incur an additional $50 late cancellation fee, totaling $149. If no deposit was collected at the time of booking, a $149 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

No Call / No Show Appointments: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notifying our office will forfeit their $99 booking deposit and incur an additional $150 No Call/No Show fee, totaling $249. If no deposit was collected at the time of booking, a $249 No Call/No Show fee will be charged to the card on file. There are no exceptions due to the importance of everyone’s time.
